Isn’t the internet a great thing?? The other thing I must say about Pete is, he’s one of thee most personable musicians I’ve ever met. I’m essentually a nobody in the music scene. And he’s always treated me like an old friend (Unlike some other musicians I’ve encountered). He has no ego about himself, which makes me appreciate him all the more. And it sounds like he’s still that way with the personable help he gave you. Rock on :)

There is something about Peter Erskine...

He is a few steps ahead of most.

Pete is SO awesome!
He does it ALL. I think
of him as one of the
very complete players
and what a nice guy.

Peter is the best. He's a poet both in person and player. Sublime

That solo on the VFJam was SO mature...musical...unlike hearing
a cat play a practice routine thrown into a musical context...
which seems to be the norm today (imo)...Peter could have filled
every second of space with dazzling hand-foot combos but did
not...the laid back flam taps to the break at 3:59...never hear this...
restraint...
