Michael Ruff gig at La Va Lee. 2003ish. Chris was on drum filling in for Joey H. LA Weekly informed me he was in town. Anything CC puts his stamp on is good times.

Speaking of M. Ruff, it was Per Lindvall's birthday last tuesday, I always enjoy those videos where he plays some deep pocket and great fills.

I thought the same thing when I saw the video .. the drummer's name is Chris Maas - not familiar with him - seems to be a London based session player....
