Caught The Musical Box doing the Lamb the other day. Talk about independence, Phil played some serious drums, musical drums, but then sang over the top of all that. And phrases, not just oohs and aahs.
Mark Laflamme does an incredible job. My favorite drumming, very hard and technical, but musical and purposeful, no notes wasted.
