Thanks dude, ill try and think about loosening up a bit when im practicing, thanks for taking a look.
At the moment im more concerned with the sound / blazing innacuracy, but i guess relaxing more will help all that!

I thought the sound was good and you didn't seem to have any innacuracies as far as I could tell, I gotta say that I'm not familiar with the songs you played though. I like your open hi hat sound on Walking on Broken Glass.

Billy could always swing his butt off. It's sad people only think of his fusion work.

This has always been one of my favorite YouTube drum clips. I remember when someone put it up about a year ago a few pooped on it because the kid is way into Chris Dave (and maybe copied a lot of his licks). I don't really care. I love his ideas and applications and he didn't seem to be relying on lick terminology to me ... he's stretching himself. You can almost see the wheels turn in his head as he moves from one passage to another.

Could you start another thread like "Misc Youtube Clips"?
I'd like this one to be about (see first post):

""I thought we could have a run at sharing those unknown
greats that post stuff on YouTube.
Some of them go on to become famous - others stay on
YouTube and still entertain thousands of people."

Tony Williams at Zildjian Day
Gotta love the flam lick at 3:07....

Didn't know Vinnie, Abe, Mike Landau and Gregg Mathieson reunited for a show for the 40th Anniversary of the Baked Potato...here's a clip of Abe and Vinnie's solos during the song "The Sauce"

Billy Cobham with Horace Silver in 1968....gotta love how much Horace is sweating! Interesting to see a jazz drummer in the 60s playing matched grip and "open" left-handed with the ride above the hi-hat.
