Postby Juan Expósito » Mon Jul 18, 2011 12:53 pm

EDIT 1: Excuses for the delay…but I put some time on it.
At the beginning I was only going to write a few words in this same topic, but I started writing and I could´t stop.
So I´ve posted the story on my website. At the end of the page, you can see the link for the pics.

This is the complete REVIEW & PICTURES about that day with Simon and the trio.
I hope you read it and like it.

I didn´t know about Steve Smith with them.
I couldn´t see them with Dicenso some years ago.

This time Simon/Anthony are one of the big reasons I´m going to see Hiromi trio.

I'm curious to hear who is actually playing drums with her. I think Steve's run with her ended a few weeks ago. Simon doesn't list the gigs on his website either. Maybe it's Portnoy?

Simon is on the festival info page. I'll try to go to the soundcheck.

I saw her with SS in San Diego. Good show.

I wouldve liked to see Lucky Peterson. That Hammond kills. they cant make them like that anymore.
