I can't get past the 6:00 - 7:00 minute mark:

I was pretty blown away when Vinnie casually discussed and demonstrated quintuplet based, over the bar line, fills. I can't wait to try some of that on the next gig.

part of me wants to believe that stuff like 5 over 2 can be played on gigs, but its a matter of finding the spot in a song and the right orchestration.

Nice find on the first one! Lot of that stuff is very carefully transcribed out in the UnReel Drum Book.
