That's the version that's seared into my memory, after watching that tape about 5 billion times over the course of years.
Guess the "correct" tempo is slower then.

yeah, i wouldn't criticize. They all probably showed up, ran through once for sound check, then played live. That's what makes those LA session greats all the more awe-inspiring.

that was fantasticammo. great band. anytime you have vinnie on the drum chair it's going to be solid followed up by a little something extra that will tickle the ear. great ideas that are not generic. he's first call. life is going to be different when he's not playing anymore. theres no one even close in the drumming world to take up his void. need to grab another younger vinnie from another parallel universe and bring him into the mix.
