Judging by some of the other Sinbad Summer Jam stuff, ('96 and '97) this guy looks like the house drummer for the event. If you can find out who that was then that's your man.

EDIT: His name is Kevin Hurt.

Kevin hurt is all the way to the right. This is the band "Dayton" from early 80s Ohio.
