I was surprised, Clark said some stupid stuff on Vinnie back in the days on FB, without naming Vinnie, but he said some stuff about a fusion guy playing loud, eating sushi, trying to play terribly "Actual Proof".
I sent several message to Clark, he blocked me, mfers...

Vincent can really lay the backbeat down when he needs to.
I really respect players who can be masterful soloists, and can also just sit still and LAY IT DOWN.

The Mike Clark interview was really fun! They both were so exited to talk about so many stories about inspirational moments, like Vinnie talked about hearing Billy Hart when he was in Boston, and Mike meeting David Garibaldi before he was with Tower of Power, Herbie and Elvin Jones stories etc...
