Those aren't what I would call vintage. Vintage Gretsch mounts would be the rail consolette with the clip-on or those cheesy monster tom holders that you see on Tony Williams' drums in clips from the 70s. The mounts on Vinnie's drums have only been around for about ten years. He doesn't care for suspension mounts for a few reasons. Regular mounts work just fine and are much simpler.
