Great video -- Cliff gave me this exercise a while back in a lesson I did with him and it's really helped my playing. Without getting too shameless, PolyNome works great for practicing this sort of idea. To give yourself a click to match exactly the sequence Cliff goes through,

I´ve just received the second part link (video about free soloing over a pulse)

I don´t want to post the second link here because the only thing that Cliff requires is an email address in order to receive it (subscribe to his mailing list).
I´ve been subscribed since long time ago and it´s a very friendly and clean mailing...and informative !!
And again, it says that there will be more free video lessons available.
