It hasn't been released as far as I know. I looked for it too and couldn't find it and then decided to post it here.
In September Peter is releasing the 25 1/2 year anniversary edition of 'So'. I'll bet there will be some extra songs like the 'So +' stuff that used to be available on iTunes. I'm guessing they'll release the DVD around then.

Manu's the boss huh. Well if they took hundreds of or a bunch of manu's best measures for in your eyes he's not SO the man. That song flows nicely. nice editing job. After a bunch of listenings today I want a better mix. So used to compressed music I forgot what it's like to listen to no umph. Have the CD and I turn it up to no prevail. Love albums like this. Yet the music feels fresh even though it's stitched every bar and then some. Peter's phrasing is great. Love all the harmony stuff. It's hard phrasing lyrics. Guess having drummer chops helps.

It's hard to know exactly what they meant by that though. After all, a lot of the song is just sixteenths on the hi-hat and quarters on the bass drum. There is a LOT of percussion though, and that was likely why all the editing was required. Also, a lot of improvised African vocal stylings where rhythms can potentially conflict.
I've heard that Gino Vannelli did a ton of editing/splicing of the Nightwalker tracks. Sometimes, especially with straight-ahead pop or rock, they would take the time and experiment for the ultimate composite performance. Nowadays, this sort of stuff happens 99.999% of the time, due to the ease of manipulation with digital tools.

So because engineers work on your drum part you doubt of the drumming of guys like Manu ? Well...

I think that Trevor Horn is worth at using drum part as HE wants, not like the drummer hired want, and what about Omar drumming on the 1st Sting's album ? Porcaro said that it was all synclavier, but yet we can hear cleary Omar's touch, do you doubt about Omar's drumming ?

Just like a lot of folks, Manu has had his share of fussy producers. Tears for Fears' 'Badman's Song' comes to mind. That is a ton of takes put together. That is probably a testament to creative but indecisive individuals trying several options until they get the result they want. Manu laid it down on Robbie Robertson's first solo album and 'Soul Cages'.

love that tune badmans song by TFF. be nice to be a fly on the wall and see how many measures they splice from all of his takes. what they choose and what they didn't like. i'm sure manu could to do two takes and that's great enough. he plays great phrases and ideas.

I've seen video footage of Manu playing the shit out of In Your Eyes Live...so I for one don't doubt his ability to "nail" it. It's actually more interesting live cause you can hear what he's playing better. Plus he probably plays it better after more repetition.
He's one of those one-of-a-kind drummers that is so good and fresh and unique that it actually pisses you off.
