Thanks! Although I have a great appreciation of metal, and i regularly by CDs that most people think are sick, I have been moving away from that in my playing. The reason is there are so many kids who are good at it with blasting etc... I have left it for them. I cannot find the time to practice blast beats or insane intricate doublebass. It is very time consuming to get to the level to perform/record. I do not practice enough to be able to do the modern stuff anymore. But I can rip some old school!langmick wrote:Where is Jim Richman? Hes is a killer heavy drummer.
I cant stand the people I come across that want to play metal here in Michigan so I dont even bother with it anymore.
And i love metal.
