Re: VINNIE - Vintage videos...OK or not vintage.
This has nothing to do with Vinnie videos but I was curious to know if Vinnie had any kids?
Thanks!

Yeah that clip is pretty insane, in the middle when he does the 2-note groupings bashing on the ride.
Also is it me or does Vinnie lose the band at least once in almost every one of these actual proof solos?

Re: VINNIE - Vintage videos...OK or not vintage.
I had that same thought Steve. I can't discern, usually because of the poor quality and lack of context, whether it's Vinnie or the band's fault!
Re: VINNIE - Vintage videos...OK or not vintage.
I think James on bass is pretty tight, but yeah Herbie is always a little bit lost on that part.
Well, when Vinnie plays his shit, it's not that easy to hold the beat.
But Vinnie's fault ? No way.
Question, do you think he should hold his way of playing to secure the hits ?
Me I don't think so, it's the way he plays, and it's Jazz seeting so, let's go !!!

I come from Tain, Vinnie, Omar, Jeff, Fish, Stewart, and many more...
