That's very true about dealing with the music. Maybe learn to dance if you can't. Put on something you like and move your butt. Check your level of natural inclination for that … I'd be willing to bet guys with natural groove can dance with very little practice and not look terrible. Just a theory. I also do not know why funding projects for people who have already done projects funded by a company bothers me but it does. Marketing, probably. I detest most of it even though it is a necessary evil.

The trailer does look good. Probably because it is produced and shot by the people who will be doing the video.

Agreed with the idea of dance... Also, I'm a little bothered by project funding, when well established players who are non first-timers, make a video... But - I think if a player wants to have creative control and not have the typical Hudson Music vid, they're on their own. Either private investors, or a public funding project. The trailer looks great - not sure if the visuals will aid in teaching - but it's already way more entertaining than most of everything else out there.

Thats great for him, Im impressed by his ability to make a living playing drums. Props. He does what he wants, in the music biz you have to go for it.

I just heard the Black Crowes on the PA. Steve Gorman has a nice slinky groove.

Freakin love this guy. I have quite a few albums with him on drums. I dig what he does with music. The video stuff he's done in the past is super cool. Creative guy. His groove is super solid. He plays in the middle with a feel just behind the beat. Every drummer has their spacing. How about Benny playing with Toto. He doesn't seem like a big energy guy. More of a chill vibe. Benny is über coolness.
