It's at 1:30 the fill. It's just an open 5 stroke roll. The fill in the MI video is quite different phase wise.

The one I meant is at 4:22, same link. It's a different fill too, though. I just remembered it as being one of the few things I liked about that record... it's not Tom Scott's best work.
