This must have been after the NAMM event when every drummer at NAMM
jumped on the 5 north to the Spud yes? The early days of stealth video...
you always sat in the same section which was risky...this was the era of
NO VIDEO for Vinnie around the same time of the "video incident" after
a NAMM show where VC lost his cookies to an Asian guy videotaping that
simply might have understood English...always a mystery??? We all
thought after his verbal and non-verbal assaults this guy had to just be
clueless...but then again, I don't need to know Japanese to know if a
guy is pissed at me.

The year 2000 when nobody would bat an eye that this comment might be
offensive! The drum energy at this gig is like fangirl obsession over a teen
idol...have we all gotten older? Virgil was just breaking in on the scene at
this time period, HOD was in full glory and HOD gatherings about to happen.
Willy still a kid in high school dreaming of life in LA and Steve was yet to get
his new bass drum from HOD as a gift.
