We had a clinic with Richard back when I was at the conservatory. Part of it was to record over a guitarless track of his. An earlier album, but it was Vinnie on the drums.

That SH video was before Youtube and the excitement was off the chart to see this...
those days are pretty much gone...this was a sacred cow...things are way too easy
today...numbness to greatness syndrome...that feeling Steve must have had walking to his
vehicle with this tucked away...looking over his shoulders...really, I got this...then
to come home, grab a beer, stretch, deep breath...and view it over and over...
then to realize as the HOD honcho...the power he held to share this...
