Time for some CHILL boys & girls! I can do without the massive
"bulletin board" posts personally.
Lee Sklar wants to do a membership "clubhouse" for $10 mo and he got
a lot of flack on his YouTube video/channel. This was for more personal
content and I told him Dave and many other musicians do things like this.
With all the time off, who cares how someone generates income and it isn't
a lot of income but more a way to kill time wisely.
Lee is a very modest, humble cat. If there was ever someone to boast about
credentials it is Lee Sklar but he never does. People too cooped up and I think
everyone has a FREE mentality today...when a bass player with over 50 years
of recording experience and over 25k credits to his name wants to start a channel
for fee, kinda think of all people, Lee should get a positive vibe...yet he handled
this with equal humility...he was pissed, but handled it well imo.

Looks like the Santana's are doing quite well for themselves!
Moderation's all well and good, just don't overdo it.

This looks like it could be good. Love Kenny Wheeler with Peter playing.
EDIT: I love Peter's playing in these groups back then, he was hitting hard and super-creative. More jazz-rock than jazz-jazz. Worth a watch!

Used to listen to this quite a lot, trying to figure it out.

Was talking with a guitarist friend about Ace.
Started to look into Anton's playing with him. Anton was a monster back then, still is of course.

Re: Quarantine Chatty!
On my way to the shed today I came across this unfortunate little one.
Not much to do, but at least I took her to the vet and did what I could to cuddle and comfort until the vet came and gave the shot.
I've seen this cat around. It was probably a severe blow to the head, usually indicative of going head to head with a car, but I don't see how that could have happened on that short dirt road outside our boathouse. Showed signs of malnutrition and lack of propper care and with vacation starting now I'm a bit suspicious.
I tend to fed a lot of cats I don't know this time of year, all starving, so it looks like several people go on vacation without making arrangements. Makes me unbelievably pissed off and sad. Ready to find out more and report these people to the police.
Obviously, brings thoughts back to my own furry friend that I lost last year.
