I found this old tape of CCEB and had it digitised. It's live here in Copenhagen 1992.
There's a bit of an annoying buzz throughout and you'll also learn Danish along the way (from people talking close by), but Weckl is in absolute top form.
The half note triplets towards the end of Blue Miles (the very end of part two) is a personal favorite moment of mine.
Enjoy if you will:

Looks like Dave packed up and left LA. He may have moved back to St. Louis.

He talks about it on his streams. That's what he did apparently.
That's walking distance from where I am these days. I had been there for lessons a couple times but not since I moved to this neighborhood.
His streams have been great. I did notice the habit of never missing an opportunity to play something at the end of every 2 or 4 bars on that Rainy Day performance. Those hi-hat/snare stabs are fun but I'm not sure about doing them all over the place.

Cool place. The density of living out there is frightening to me. I live on 70 acres in central NY...no neighbors whatsoever. I've actually never had a neighbor and I'm 58
