Went to see Genesis last night. Nic killed the show, great player. Does have some of his dad's groove, the concert toms help of course.

Phil's difficulties were hidden pretty well, but he did struggle keeping it. Very sad to see, but he made it through and pushed himself for Carpet Crawlers.

Hey all! Brief Willy update for shits and giggles:

In non-drumming related news- my wife is at about 23 weeks & all is well! I've been continuing to work remotely with my former post production company in LA too since August so that's been great.

In drumming related news- snagged me some 15" HHX Legacy hats (on the thinner side, sound great!) and a 20" Sabian Crescent "Pang Thang" (which I'm still waiting on...). Thankfully both have the old logo underneath, as trivial as that sounds lol!

I've been playing some 70's A 15" New Beats as well as a 20" pang from the same era for years now and the pang was starting to get some hairlines on the inside of the bell so I thought it'd be best to get a bit of an update and get inspired with some new sounds while I'm not gigging. Hope to get some videos and stuff up w/ the new gear while I can!!

It is such a thrill to not only get a nicer room with more space but also cheaper than the one I have now!
