Hell yeah, Rodge. It's clear you all understand and have a reverence for the music. Beautiful!
Moderation's all well and good, just don't overdo it.
Re: R.I.P. Chick Corea
Rodge wrote:"Eternal Child" from a Corea tribute I played in end of august, fun stuff, I hope you'll enjoy it.
With the GREAT Christophe Cravero on piano (he plays on my album, he used to play with Billy Cobham too), Romain Labaye on bass (he plays in Scott Henderson Trio), and François Constantin on percussions
Very very nice Roger, big ears!!

This is a wonderful arrangement of this tune. I love how the drums are totally Rodge but the weckl influence is still there.
An evolution IMO if you will.
There is nothing left to say.
Re: R.I.P. Chick Corea
Thanks Patrick, glad you like that stuff.
My thing is that I know that song, I just play it like a standard, I just think about the melody/music and try to make it happen with what I feel, a latin feel but not that latin per say, let's say a light Latin Jazz's feel.
