That's something I recall Ed Soph talking about a gazillion years ago. It's a mix of 5 and 6 stroke rolls over (mostly) 16th note triplets.
Take Ted Reed page 38. Accent the figures over 8th note triplets. Get good at it.
Now play a clean double stroke instead of a single on all non-accented notes.
Write out a bar or two of this to help pinpoint visually where exactly the notes fall in relation to the quarter note.
