Re: 2025 Chatty!!!
I met Mark Brzezicki last weekend. He happened to be at a gig I was playing, just a pub gig, and he watched the first set. I must say he was really complimentary which made my night.
In the break we chatted drums of course. Such a lovely guy. He's sold all his gear, (including 75 snare drums!) moved to Nashville where he has a house and records there now. He's still touring with Big Country.
No drums no life, know drums know life...

I thought he'd quit BC.I had tickets to see them last year and he walked out about 2 weeks before the gig.Rudy_Ment wrote:I met Mark Brzezicki last weekend. He's one of my favourites though!

Re: 2025 Chatty!!!
I caught up with Virgil, who was passing through Copenhagen today.
It had been a while since we had spent time together other than in a ton of Zoom/Facetime/what-have-you meetings, so it was good to see him IRL.
Still getting it done, every day. Writing and doing pre-production for his next solo album at the moment - and recording tracks for the next ASIA album, among other things.
